1. Reservations & Booking

1.1 All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed via email.
1.2 Each stay is thoughtfully tailored; final rates are confirmed based on guest requirements, group size, and selected experiences.
1.3 A valid contact number is required to ensure seamless communication prior to arrival.
1.4 Address details are not required at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival.
2.2 Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a 100% charge of the total reservation value.
2.3 In the event of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.

3. Arrival & Departure

3.1 Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
3.2 Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
3.3 Early arrivals and late departures may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.

4. Payments

4.1 Payments may be settled at the resort for your convenience.
4.2 We accept major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard.

5. Security Deposit

5.1 A refundable USD 20 security deposit is required upon arrival.
5.2 This deposit is collected in cash and held against any incidental damages.
5.3 It will be returned in full at check-out, subject to a brief room inspection.

6. Children & Family Policy

6.1 We warmly welcome guests of all ages.

6.2 Cribs can be provided as requested. Children aged 1 year and under may stay for USD 15 per night, subject to availability.

6.3 Extra Beds
Children aged 1 to 10 years may stay for USD 25 per night, with extra beds available in selected ground-floor triple rooms.

7. Safari Experience & Group Arrangements

7.1 Each private safari jeep accommodates up to 7 guests, ensuring a comfortable and intimate experience.
7.2 Rates are structured per jeep.
7.3 For larger groups, additional jeeps will be arranged to maintain comfort and exclusivity.

8. House Etiquette

To preserve the tranquil atmosphere of the resort:
8.1 Smoking is not permitted within the property.
8.2 Pets are not allowed.
8.3 Private parties and events are not permitted without prior arrangement.
8.4 Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
8.5 Guests are kindly requested to follow all guidance provided by our team.

9. Wildlife & Environmental Responsibility

Set on the edge of the pristine wilderness near Wilpattu National Park, our resort is deeply committed to conservation:

9.1 Guests are requested to remain within safari vehicles except in designated areas.
9.2 Feeding or interacting with wildlife is strictly prohibited.
9.3 Noise should be kept to a minimum to respect the natural habitat.
9.4 Littering and any disturbance to the ecosystem are strictly prohibited.
9.5 Alcohol consumption and smoking are not permitted during safari excursions.

10. Facilities & Comforts

10.1 Complimentary WiFi is available in all guest rooms.
10.2 Parking is available near the main entrance of the resort. An additional designated parking area may be utilised at a secondary location, depending on weather conditions and road accessibility.

11. Liability

11.1 While every care is taken, the resort cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
11.2 Participation in safaris and outdoor activities is undertaken at the guest’s discretion and risk.

12. Age Policy

12.1 There are no age restrictions for guests staying at the resort.
